What to Have Ready

• The full property address, a nearby cross street and where the driveway enters.
• Whether anyone or anything is beneath the door, and whether a second entrance is available.
• A description such as “the motor hums,” “one corner is low” or “the spring has a gap.”
• The opener model, if its label can be read from a safe position without a ladder.
